Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.

A $250 security deposit will be automatically charged to your account approximately five days before your check-in date. Provided there are no damages or outstanding charges, the deposit will be refunded to your account within five days after your check-out.​​​​
